High School
Recommended Grades 9–12
- •Focus on Technique, Strategy, mindset, and tournament preparation.
- •Reinforcing the competitive mindset; our high school group competes regularly at local, regional and national level tournaments.
- •Practices are 2–4 times a week depending on season
- •In season match video review through WrestlingIQ.
Advanced Youth
Recommended Grades 3rd-8th
- •Building on Foundations
- •Our advanced youth learn to develop their drilling and grow with more advanced techniques, focusing on competition preparation.
- •Wrestlers will start to experience higher level competition at state and regional levels.
- •Practices 1.5hrs, 2–4 times a week depending on season
Youth
Recommended Grades K-3rd
- •Perfect for Beginners
- •Focus on General Preparation for our youngest wrestlers
- •Includes Tumbling, Games, and Introduction to wrestling positions
- •Practices are 1 hour, 2x per week
LEADING FROM THE FRONT
Coach Don brings his Division 1 experience, and Marine Corps values to North County wrestling in order to build a dominant wresting force. His philosophy is that we build leaders, demand accountability, pursue relentless growth, and foster a love of competing. Our program is designed to build toughness, integrity and purpose. Parents, coaches, and our community trust us because our purpose is greater than podiums. Together, we’re building a regional legacy; uniting schools, families, and athletes to elevate the standard of North County wrestling and shape the next generation.

Youth Winter Session
$350/Season
- •Nov 16 – March 7
- •Includes club t-shirt and shorts
- •M, T, W, Th 6–7:30pm @ Carlsbad High School
- •2 nights minimum / 4 nights available
- •Saturday morning scrimmages (TBA)
- •USA Wrestling Membership required
